Yesterday I graduated High School, I am officially an alum. It is so strange to think that I've been dreaming of living out my high school musical dreams of walking, getting my diploma, and tossing my cap. And it finally happened. I don't think it hit me yet that this chapter of my life is really over. Looking back on my past years of high school I want to make a list of 18 things I learned: Always ask for help if you need it You're gonna mess up but that's ok ALWAYS pull your weight in a group project Put your phone away!!! (still working on this one) Find your organization system early and stick to it Use a planner do!! your!!! homework!! It’s been a while since I’ve written here but it’s been a busssyyy month. But I won most likely to be president!!! It’s been over two weeks since I had my last day of class and it was crazy. I was a pretty big mess, to say the least. I knew I was going to miss my teachers but I didn’t think I would be crying all over the place like I was.   I don’t think I really truly appreciated the structure that school provided me and how many deep and meaningful relationships I formed with my peers and teachers. It’s difficult to wrap my head around the fact that school is over and it’s the only thing I really knew. I’ve been through 3 different education systems and many schools but they’ve all followed the same class, snack/ break, class, lunch, go home. Next year at college it’ll be organized based on classes that I take and I’ll be in charge of my work and studies and from then on it'll kinda be up to me to put things together for myself.
